Yes. Mop Monkeys is fully licensed, fully insured (commercial liability), and WCB covered. You can request certificates of insurance for any job.

For exterior work (window exterior, gutter cleaning, pressure washing), you don't need to be home as long as we can access the property and all windows are closed. For interior window cleaning, someone needs to be home.

We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the job.

Most Calgary homeowners book twice a year — once in spring and once in fall. Homes near construction sites, with many trees, or on busier roads may benefit from quarterly cleaning.

Yes — we offer exterior only, interior only, or full interior + exterior cleaning. Book both together and receive a 10% discount plus free screen cleaning.

In many cases, yes. Hard water staining and calcium buildup can often be treated with the right tools and solutions. Very severe cases may require specialist treatment — we'll let you know.

At least twice a year — late spring (after trees fully leaf out) and late fall (after leaves drop). Homes with many trees may need quarterly cleaning to prevent blockages and overflow.

Yes. All gutter debris is bagged and removed from your property, leaving your yard clean.

Vinyl and stucco siding, driveways, walkways, patios, decks, fences, garage floors, gutters, soffits, fascia, railings, and retaining walls. We also treat mold, algae, and rust stains.

Not when done correctly. We adjust pressure settings based on the surface type and use soft washing techniques for delicate surfaces. We've cleaned hundreds of Calgary homes without issue.

As early as possible! We recommend booking by September or October. Our schedule fills up quickly approaching the holidays. Book before October for our 10% early bird discount.

Yes — we offer full-service installation, removal, and storage. We come back after the holidays, take everything down carefully, and store it for next year. No tangles, no hassle.

We offer up to a 3-year warranty on our commercial-grade lights. If anything fails during the season, we come back to fix it at no charge.
